Painter Decorator Multi Trader
£38,000 – £40,000 per year, company van and fuel card supplied

Area of work: Westminster
Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector.
The majority of the work will be day-to-day reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties across the East London area.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with a van and fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include:
- Painting & decorating
- Preparing surfaces, filling and sanding
- Internal and external painting
- Damp and mould treatment
- Basic plastering
- Basic carpentry repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Silicone and sealant works
- Splashback tiling
- General maintenance and making good
Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence are essential for this Painter Decorator Multi Trader role.
