About the role
Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil engineering works on a major construction programme in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual with proven experience in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives are met.

Our client is an established construction organisation, recognised for delivering complex engineering and infrastructure projects with a focus on technical excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering works
Lead project teams, managing resources, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively
Ensure strict adherence to project programme, cost controls, and quality standards
Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance at all stages of delivery
Monitor and report on progress, providing accurate updates and forecasts to senior management
Drive problem resolution and implement corrective measures as required
Lead contract management in collaboration with commercial teams
Must-have Requirements
Significant experience managing civil or infrastructure projects as a Project Manager
Proven track record of delivering works under NEC or similar contract frameworks
Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
Excellent organisational and risk management capability
