Plater (Night Shift) - Temporary Ongoing
Location: Stafford
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plater to join a well-established engineering firm based in Stafford on a temporary ongoing basis.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with a strong background in heavy steel fabrication, who can confidently interpret engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plater to join a well-established engineering firm based in Stafford on a temporary ongoing basis.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with a strong background in heavy steel fabrication, who can confidently interpret engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marking out, assembling, and plating heavy steel components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Working to high quality and safety standards
- Operating independently and as part of a skilled fabrication team
- Proven experience as a Plater within a heavy engineering or fabrication environment
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable and self-motivated approach
- Night Shift: 8:00pm - 6:00am
- 4 on, 3 off rotation
- Paid breaks included
