Royal Wootton Bassett Academy
Salary: NJC Grade D4-6 - £25,185-£25,989 (DOE) FTE
Actual Salary: £20,491 - £21,145 (DOE) pro rata
Contract: Permanent, Part Time (35 hours) & Term Time only (39 weeks)
Monday to Friday: 08.30-16.00 (with a half hour unpaid break)
Closing date: Midnight, Sunday 27th September 2026

Job Overview
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational School Attendance Administrator, to provide administrative support for attendance and Administration for Royal Wootton Bassett Academy.
The postholder will maintain accurate student records, support attendance processes, administer educational visit and event registers, and support the Academy's student mobile phone procedures. The role requires accuracy, organisation and good customer service, ensuring information is recorded and communicated in line with established Academy procedures.
