St Peter’s CofE Primary School in the heart of Plymouth serves a wonderfully diverse catchment and which is a focal point for the immediate community.

You will be leading our successful school into the exciting next stage of development.
You will not be alone in your leadership, as part of St Christopher’s Trust, you will work with leaders of our 21 other primary schools and be well supported by our 6 other Plymouth Headteachers, there are also opportunities to undertake strategic leadership roles across the Trust when the time is right in your headship journey.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A fundamental belief that every child can succeed regardless of their background or starting point, with a passion for inclusive education.
- A rigorous approach to teaching and learning, with strong analytical skills.
- An experienced senior leader with energy and drive to make a difference
- The ability forge excellence relationships with the parents and wider community
- A desire to work in a collaborative culture as part of a multi academy Trust
- An understanding of, and desire to support, the Christian Distinctness of the school
