Site Managers Required - 1 Day Cover (2 Sites, Birmingham)

Role: 2 x Site Managers (Housing Sector)

Duration: 1 Day Cover

Pay Rate / Terms: Umbrella Only (No CIS)

We are looking for two experienced Site Managers to provide 1-day cover across two ongoing housing developments in Birmingham on Thursday, 22nd October (one manager per site).

• Site 1: Druids Heath, Birmingham

• Site 2: Kings Norton, Birmingham

• Oversee daily site operations and maintain health & safety standards.

• Conduct morning site inductions and toolbox talks.

• Monitor sub-contractors and trade personnel to keep work on schedule.

• Maintain site paperwork and ensure strict compliance with RAMS.

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential

• CSCS Card: White Card (Professional) or Black Card (Managerial) - Essential

• First Aid at Work certificate

• Proven track record as a Site Manager within the residential/housing sector

• Full UK Driving Licence and reliable transport

• Pay Type: Umbrella Only (Please note: CIS is not available for this assignment)
