Leadership Development Programme Manager

Our client, a leading organisation within the veterinary sector, is seeking a Leadership Development Programme Manager on a contract basis. This role will oversee the design, coordination and delivery of leadership development initiatives, supporting the growth of managers and future leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the planning and delivery of leadership development programmes
• Coordinating programme schedules, learning materials, workshops and stakeholder communications
• Working with senior leaders, managers and subject matter experts to identify development needs
• Supporting the delivery of engaging learning and development sessions
• Monitoring programme progress, participation and effectiveness
• Gathering feedback and using insights to improve leadership initiatives
• Maintaining accurate programme documentation and reports
• Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation

Job Requirements:

• Experience in leadership development, learning and development or programme management
• Strong understanding of leadership training and professional development principles
• Excellent organisation and project coordination skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet programme deadlines
• Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and digital learning or collaboration platforms
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
