We are looking for a highly motivated person with strong organisational and people skills to manage a busy catering & hospitality service in our school. Our total focus is on fresh, wholesome, modern and exciting food for our pupils. 

As a team leader with motivational flair, you will have a ¿Hands On¿ approach and be involved in food production; as well as having good organisational and people management skills to manage and develop the services across the whole school day. 

A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, customer care and hygiene is essential.

Ideally you should have a (minimum of 5 years management experience within a catering environment) and hold City & Guilds or NVQ or similar qualification in catering.  

In addition, all staff have access to Benenden Health care, family friendly working policy and opportunities for personal development to support individuals in their role and career.
