Level 3 TA – Nursery

A lovely Redditch Nursery is looking for a Level 3 TA with experience in a primary school or nursery.

The Role

• Support 2‑year‑olds in a nurturing, play‑based environment
• Deliver early‑years activities (communication, sensory play, early maths/phonics foundations)
• Help with personal care and daily routines
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Work closely with EYFS staff to shape a brand‑new provision

Requirements

• Level 3 TA / Early Years qualification
• Experience in a primary school (essential)
• Calm, caring and confident with early‑years routines
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Paediatric first aid qualified
