The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional demeanour, be confident, friendly and have an excellent level of communication skills. You will be able to multi-task, remain calm whilst under pressure and be super reliable and not let the team down.

Duties can include:

• Meeting and greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Direct incoming calls and take messages, providing clear and helpful information.
• Maintain a professional and tidy reception area, managing office supplies and deliveries.
• Scheduling meetings, booking taxis, and providing any necessary assistance.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with your attention to detail and helpful approach.
