Sales Consultant

Our client, is a premium furniture retailer with a strong presence across Australia. They're seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis, working a 35-hour week that includes Saturday and Sunday. If you've built your career in high-ticket sales—whether in jewellery, bridal, automotive, or luxury retail—and you thrive on understanding what customers really need, this role offers genuine earning potential. The base salary is AUD$60,000 to AUD$70,000, with an excellent weekly bonus structure and commission that can see top performers earning significantly more.

Preferred Requirements

• Proven background in high-ticket sales such as jewellery, bridal, furniture, automotive, or similar luxury sectors
• Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer needs and guide them to the right choice
• Demonstrated ability to close sales consistently and achieve targets in a commission-based environment
• Genuine passion for connecting with customers and building rapport that leads to repeat business
• Flexibility and reliability to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of your regular schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal sales training or certification in consultative selling techniques
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-based luxury retail or premium product environment
• Experience in furniture, jewellery, automotive, appliances, or real estate sales
