Bank Support Worker

We are looking to recruit zero-hour bank workers for our supported housing schemes across the Essex region. Please note this is not a CARE role, it is specific to SUPPORT.

Through providing practical and emotional support, as a Bank Support Worker, you will assist to support and enable vulnerable adults to live well and independently and sustain a tenancy. Encourage tenants to take an active part in the community and to live their best lives.

To be a success in this role:

• You’re able to understand and respond to people’s unique needs and desires.
• You’re experienced in providing support to vulnerable individuals.
• Have an approachable manner.
• You’re able to maintain records, with high levels of attention to detail.
• You have an up to date knowledge of welfare benefits.
• You have up to date knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children protocols and good practice.
