We're recruiting for a Property Valuer / Lister to join a growing and successful Estate Agency team in Dartford, working within a customer-focused branch environment with regular incentives, ongoing training and clear opportunities for career development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent who is confident valuing and listing properties, enjoys building relationships with vendors, and is commercially driven to achieve the best possible results.
The Role
As a Property Valuer / Lister, you will:
- Provide expert marketing and valuation advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
- Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
- List properties and maximise opportunities to achieve strong sales prices
- Generate new leads and proactively develop new business
- Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective buyers
- Work closely with the wider branch team to match properties with suitable buyers
- Support and help run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away
- Contribute to the overall performance and profitability of the branch
Property Valuer / Lister requirements:
- Previous Estate Agency experience
- Proven customer service skills with a strong client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning new business
- Organised, motivated and driven to achieve results
- Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
- Full UK driving licence
