About the role
Temporary Position
Job Title: Temporary Executive PA
Job Location: Crewe
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Ongoing
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
Days of Work: Monday – Friday
Work Format: Fully office based
Hourly Rate: £16.30ph
Duties:
• Managing several email inboxes
- Typing up correspondence
• Arranging appointments and meetings
• Booking meeting rooms
• Diary management
• Minute taking
Experience:
• Previous Executive PA experience would be highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail is essential
• Well organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Good communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Confident computer skills, including Excel
