About the role
Weston-super-Mare
£13.75 per hour + £60 sleep-in rate
We're looking for experienced Support Workers to support adults aged 18+ (and some young people aged 16+) within community-based services in Weston-super-Mare.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, disabilities, and challenging behaviour
- Previous community-based support experience
- Confident working independently and lone working
- Full UK driving licence preferred
