Warrington, UK AMB Recruitment Group Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Type: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week Location: Office based, Warrington Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Rate of pay: £26,000 - £30,000 base salary (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission. Annual OTE £36,000 - £48,000 per annum The Opportunity We're building out our recruitment team and looking for people already in recruitment, or coming from a sales background and ready to specialise in construction and engineering. Commission is uncapped, and you'll be trained properly and up to speed fast, working alongside experienced consultants across our specialist divisions. What You'll Do Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals Write job adverts and screen CVs Run candidate calls and set up interviews Manage your CRM and handle compliance, including right to work checks Build relationships with clients, both existing accounts and new business you bring in yourself Build your own patch; a pipeline of candidates and clients that's yours to growTraining & Development Trained on the desk alongside experienced consultants, building skills in: Business Development – winning new business in a new market Account Development – growing client relationships into long-term partnerships Candidate Sourcing & Management – attracting and adding real value to candidates Benefits 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Birthday off Annual social value day with a registered charity Ongoing training and development, with a clear path to grow your career and earnings About You Early in your recruitment career, or coming from a sales background Driven, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Confident on the phone and good at building relationships Ready to take ownership of your own desk as you develop Please apply with your CV.
