German Speaking IT Contract Recruiter

Salary: Up to £45,000 + OTE £65,000 | Hybrid – 3 days in London

An established recruitment business is looking for a fluent German Speaking Contract IT Recruiter with proven contract IT recruitment experience to join its London team.

This is a pure delivery-focused recruitment role, with no business development responsibility.

The role is split approximately 50/50:

• 50% dedicated client account – managing recruitment delivery for an established account.
• 50% sales team support – taking new IT vacancies generated by the sales team and sourcing, qualifying and delivering candidates.

They’re looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant who enjoys candidate generation and delivery and has a strong background recruiting contractors within the technology sector.

You will need:

• Fluent German – essential
• Proven contract IT recruitment experience
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills
• Agency recruitment experience
• A track record of delivering IT placements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

What’s on offer?

Up to £45,000 basic salary + OTE of £65,000, working in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the London office.
