£60,000 basic salary + up to 35% commission + EMI | Hybrid – 3 days in London

An established specialist Accountancy & Finance recruitment business is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a live client base across the leisure, consumer and hospitality sectors.

This is an opportunity to inherit established relationships currently managed by the MD and take responsibility for developing and expanding the desk.

You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have an established client base to work with, while also having the opportunity to win new business and grow the portfolio.

They’re particularly interested in experienced Accountancy & Finance recruiters who operate at senior finance level, in any sector, dealing with senior candidates and decision-makers.

What’s on offer?

£60,000 basic salary
Up to 35% commission
Low commission thresholds
Additional commission kickers
EMI opportunity
Hybrid working – 3 days per week in London

The role

• Take ownership of an established live client base
• Manage and develop existing client relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow and expand the accounts
• Win new clients and develop the wider desk
• Recruit senior Accountancy & Finance professionals
• Work closely with a small, experienced and collaborative team

• Proven experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment in any sector
• Experience recruiting at senior finance level
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• A track record of growing existing accounts
• Commercially minded and capable of working autonomously
• Someone who enjoys working in a small, collaborative recruitment business
