Part Time Sales Administrators x 2

We are working with a brilliant, well established business based in Leeds 12. They are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator and the successful candidates will be responsible for processing customer orders and building strong customer relationships. As this is a small team there is great opportunity to expand the role and grow with the business.

There are 2 roles available, the working hours are: –

Role 1 – Monday 9am – 2pm, Tuesday 9am – 1pm, Thursday 1pm – 6.30pm, Friday 1pm – 6.30pm & alternate Sundays 10am – 4pm

or

Role 2 – Monday 2pm – 6.30pm, Wednesday 1pm – 6.30pm, Thursday 9am – 2pm, Friday 9am – 2pm & alternate Sundays 10am – 4pm.

Flexibility is needed for cover during holidays and sickness.

The role will involve processing customer orders via telephone, email and dedicated portals. In addition, you will handle any product / account queries and answer general customer queries. You will need to be computer literate, have great communication skills and a strong work ethic.

The company offers 25 days holidays and access to healthcare, they also have free parking on site.

£12.71 per hour.
