School Cleaner – Staffordshire

Zest Education are looking for Cleaning Staff to work within Staffordshire Schools on a flexible basis. These roles are to start immediately for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

– Perform commercial cleaning duties in various settings, including offices, retail spaces, and public areas
– Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
– Dust and wipe down surfaces
– Clean and sanitise toilets
– Empty bins and replace bin-liners
– Stock and replenish cleaning supplies
– Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
– Adhere to health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required
– Ability to work independently and efficiently
– Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
– Strong time management skills
– Good communication skills
– Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
