About the School:
A highly supportive primary school in Sutton Coldfield is looking for an Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their Primary team. The school values a nurturing approach and provides an excellent induction programme for KS3 Teachers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality KS2 lessons 
• Support early literacy and numeracy development in young learners.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and SENCO to support children with additional needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children’s progress.
• Engage in professional development and training to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a passion for Key Stage 2 education.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and phonics schemes.
• A patient, nurturing, and creative approach to teaching.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
