Sports Coach – Sutton Coldfield

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Sports Coach to work with secondary school students in Sutton Coldfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sports sessions for students aged 11-18 years old. The role is due to start ASAP for the remainder of the academic year.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver sports coaching sessions for secondary school students
– Develop and implement training programs to enhance students’ skills
– Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their sports goals
– Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback
– Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among students
– Ensure the safety and well-being of students during sports activities

Requirements:
– Previous experience in coaching or working with secondary school students (or a recent University degree)
– Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to motivate and inspire students
– First aid certification is desirable
– A valid DBS check
