Location: Lucerne, Switzerland | Hybrid - 2-3 days/week
Permanent & Full time position 100%

We are supporting a leading Swiss technology organisation looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Leader to take ownership of complex, business-critical client environments.

You will lead across multiple Agile teams, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, senior stakeholders and clients to ensure people, priorities and delivery remain aligned.

Your responsibilities


Lead and coordinate multiple Agile teams and Product Owners
Own resource and capacity planning across teams
Maintain a clear overview of delivery, dependencies, risks and priorities
Support planning across short- and longer-term horizons
Manage client relationships, escalations and key stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement across Agile delivery structures
Ensure teams remain focused, productive and aligned with business objectives


Your profile


Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams
Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum and Agile
Experience with resource/capacity planning
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
Clear, structured and confident communication style
Pragmatic, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
Fluent German and English - mandatory, French is an advantage
