Core Systems Business Analyst

We are partnering with a leading insurance organization in Hong Kong to hire a Core System Business Analyst who will play a key role in delivering business and technology transformation initiatives across core insurance platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Support the delivery of enhancements and transformation projects across core insurance systems.
Act as the bridge between business users and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design workshops.
Prepare business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management activities.
Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to drive project delivery and process improvements.



Requirements

5 years of Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of one or more core insurance functions
Experience working on system implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Fluent Cantonese and English communication skills are essential.
