Customer Accounts Officer - Tyne and Wear

RG Setsquare are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation based in Tyne and Wear. We are looking to appoint an Income Officer to join the Customer Accounts team. Reporting directly into the Customer Accounts Team Leader you will be responsible for delivering high quality, cost effective, customer focused services. Your new role as Customer Accounts Officer:

As the Customer Accounts Officer you will be responsible for the provision of a holistic income management service to maximise the groups rental income and sustain tenancies. You will engage with customers at pre-court state to identify effective payment solutions. You will also deliver the group's current tenant arrears policy and procedures. You will be an enthusiastic colleague, committed to providing the highest possible standard of service to customers and giving guidance, support and direction as required.


The Experience Required:

You will have a strong record of income management services, experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, knowledge of social housing and a working knowledge of rent arrears recovery practices and legislation.
