Front of House Receptionist (Temporary)

Job Description:

We're looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front of House Receptionist to join our Workplace Team at Deliveroo's London headquarters on a temporary contract until 2 October 2026.

As the first point of contact for our office, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for visitors, employees and clients while supporting the day-to-day running of reception.

Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing check-ins, handling enquiries, supporting meeting rooms, assisting with workplace events, coordinating deliveries and providing general administrative support. You'll also work with systems such as Google Workspace and Slack.

You'll work alongside an experienced receptionist, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, has excellent communication skills, is naturally approachable and can remain organised in a busy environment. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional flexibility required to support workplace events.
