Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and customer focused individual to join their busy Housing team in Stafford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent customer service and supporting residents with a range of housing related enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries.
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently.
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate case notes.
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
• Delivering a professional, empathetic and customer-focused service at all times.

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the public sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administration and IT skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
