Are you a passionate Humanities specialist looking for an exciting position in Mid Essex? A forward-thinking secondary school in Witham, supported by a prominent Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a teacher of History, Geography, or Religious Studies across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will join a well-resourced department focused on engaging pupils with local and global contexts, supported by centralised planning resources to help manage your workload.

Situated within walking distance of Witham train station, the school provides straightforward travel links via the A12 corridor from Chelmsford, Braintree, and Colchester.

What You Need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).

• Proven track record teaching History, Geography, or RE at secondary level.

• Strong classroom management and a passion for enquiry-based learning.

• Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
