About the Role:

Are you an energetic Physical Education specialist looking for an exciting opportunity in Mid Essex? A vibrant secondary school in Witham, supported by a leading Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic PE Teacher to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (including GCSE PE / BTEC Sport). The school offers exceptional sports facilities, including extensive playing fields, a multi-use games area, a fully equipped indoor sports hall, and a fitness suite.

Situated within walking distance of Witham train station, the school provides straightforward travel links via the A12 corridor from Chelmsford, Braintree, and Colchester.

What You Need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).

• Proven track record teaching physical education across KS3 and KS4.

• Strong classroom and pitch-side management, high energy, and a commitment to running extracurricular sports fixtures and clubs.

• Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
