Regional Operations Manager – up to £65,000 + bonus doe

We are recruiting for a Nursery Regional Operations Manager to join a small (and growing) Nursery Group. The Nurseries are based across South West London (mainly Richmond and surrounding areas). You will need access to your own car (car allowance paid within the salary advertised). The role is full time across 5 days. The role is to drive operational success for 6-8 nurseries and you will be overall responsible for driving the Growth and People goals as well as working closely with the Quality Manager.

The role of Nursery Regional Operations Manager will include;

• Leading and supporting Nursery Managers across a portfolio of settings to achieve strong and consistent performance.
• Driving occupancy, revenue and overall commercial performance across the region.
• Coaching and developing managers, while confidently addressing areas of underperformance.
• Maintaining oversight of quality, safeguarding and compliance and ensuring settings are always inspection ready.
• Using performance data to identify areas requiring additional support and implementing clear improvement plans.
• Supporting the continued growth of the organisation, including the successful onboarding of new settings.

In order to be considered for the role of Nursery Regional Operations Manager you will need the following skills, experience and qualifications;

• Previous experience managing multiple nursery settings and leading Nursery Managers.
• A strong background in nursery management, with first-hand experience of successfully running an early years setting.
• Proven commercial ability, including experience of improving occupancy, managing budgets and controlling costs.
• A strong people leader with experience of coaching, developing and managing the performance of others.
• Good working knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• A relevant Early Years qualification of Level 3 or above and a full UK driving licence.
