Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver care in diverse environments, adapting to various patient needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and medical histories.
• Design and implement tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatment as per guidelines.
• Work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to guarantee comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain patient records accurately while adhering to healthcare regulations.
• Promote health and safety protocols as an RGN/RMN.
• Work independently while showcasing initiative and reliability.

Requirements

• Current NMC Registration (NMC Pin) and experience in UK healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring attitude towards patients.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and adherence to ethical guidelines.
