About the role
This is an amazing opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team at a 4 star spa hotel in the stunning Lake District Area. As Chef de Partie you will work closely with a talented brigade of 12 chefs who will support and train you on all sections making it a perfect environment to learn new and hone learned skills. The Modern British Menus will consist of dishes using fresh seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers as much as possible and you will be encouraged to have an input o the dishes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Chef de Partie and have experience in upmarket/fine dining kitchens. You must have a stable background, be enthusiastic, and want to develop you skills within a strong team.
