Solihull, West Midlands Long Term Futures Ltd Behaviour Mentor Location: Solihull, B90 Contract: Long-term/Permanent Day Rate: £110-£125 Start Date: September 2026 Commutable From: Shirley, Solihull, Redditch, Kings Heath, Hall Green The Opportunity: Long Term Futures are seeking an energetic and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist Alternative Provision in the B90 area from September 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, Autism (ASD), and other additional needs. Using sport, physical activity, and positive relationship-building alongside therapeutic behaviour strategies, you will help pupils re-engage with education, develop emotional regulation, and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom. The provision has a strong therapeutic ethos and prides itself on creating a safe, nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to build confidence, resilience, and self-belief through personalised support.
