We're recruiting for a Property Coordinator to join a growing and ambitious independent estate agency in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive team player who wants to develop their career within a supportive, high-performing business.

The Role

As a Property Coordinator, you will:

• Register and qualify prospective buyers
• Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings
• Conduct accompanied property viewings
• Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
• Generate valuation opportunities for the branch
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Proactively identify opportunities to generate new business
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch

Property Coordinator requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience
• Positive, proactive and motivated attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Commercially minded with a genuine desire to win business
• Team player mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Ambition to develop and progress within the property industry

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday: 8.30am-6.00pm
• Every Saturday: 8.30am-5.30pm
• Day off in lieu following Saturday working
