What does the job entail?
On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Forestry department in Henley-in-Arden. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team and assist with the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
You will achieve this by:
· Managing the department inbox and responding to emails
· Providing general administrative support to the Forestry team
· Updating and maintaining accurate records
· Assisting with basic finance administration
· Plotting gas and electricity information relating to tree planting projects
· Supporting the team with general queries and day-to-day tasks
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
· Previous experience in an administrative role
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
· Able to work independently and use their own initiative
· Reliable and adaptable, with a positive approach to work
· A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essentia
