The role
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the HR function, acting as its operational backbone. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. Serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers, you will provide timely guidance, process HR transactions, and maintain accurate employee records. Furthermore, you will help establish efficient and scalable HR processes, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR administration activities including new hire administration and onboarding, organisational changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and databases, ensuring all data is updated in a timely manner.
- Partner with Payroll to ensure employee changes are processed accurately and on time, and support benefits administration.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable employment legislation, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
What you'll bring
- Experience working in an HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar administrative role.
- A strong customer service mindset with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Fluency in English.
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR administration experience is desirable, as is fluency in a second European language.
