From preparing management reports to analysing budgets, your work will help the company make informed financial decisions. Client Details A company within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Looking got a candidate to support the Financial Controller. Description Assist with month-end close procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss analysis and investigation of variances. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting schedules. Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Assist with year-end accounts preparation, audit processes, and statutory reporting requirements. Oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support standard cost management and transfer pricing processes. Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by the Finance team. Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and best practices. Perform and review intercompany reconciliations. Provide timely financial information, reports, and analysis to support the Finance Manager and wider business decision-making. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: CIMA / ACCA Studier / QBE Strong technical knowledge of double-entry accounting, reconciliations, and VAT. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems Proactive, collaborative, and committed to process improvement and continuous development. Job Offer Salary between £45,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience. 25 days of annual leave. Permanent position in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
