MBR Dental are currently assisting Chineham Dental, an independent family-run dental practice in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, principal-led practice offering a stable NHS patient list, excellent private growth potential, and strong clinical support.

Position Details

• Available immediately (notice periods considered)
• Part-time opportunity – 2 days per week to include a Friday.
• Surgery space:
  • Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Flexible UDAs allocation.
• From £13 per UDA
• 50/50 split on private and lab fees
• Inheriting a stable NHS patient list
• Practice currently accepting private patients only for new registrations
• Excellent opportunity to grow private income alongside NHS

• GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number
• Valid DBS check

Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.
