QA/QC Manager

We’re looking for a skilled QA/QC Manager to oversee and maintain quality standards on a major construction development in Newcastle. Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans
Monitor compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory standards
Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality assessments
Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to drive continuous improvement
Manage documentation, non-conformance reports, and corrective action processes
Ensure testing and certification requirements are met prior to project handover

Must-have Requirements

Proven experience in QA/QC management within construction or engineering projects
Strong knowledge of industry standards, certification processes, and compliance frameworks
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to analyse data and implement corrective measures effectively
Competent in relevant quality management tools and software
