Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable UK experience in a children's residential setting, youth care, or specialised childcare role.
- Core Skills: Strong emotional resilience, clear professional boundaries, and an understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
- Licence & Transport: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to commute across local sites.
