Location: London - 1-2 days onsite per week
Duration: 3 months
Rate: £500-£600 per day
IR35: Outside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a customer-focused digital transformation programme, with a strong emphasis on mobile app development, mobile commerce, eCommerce and customer loyalty.

Key Experience

• Proven experience delivering mobile app development or mobile commerce programmes, ideally involving Shopify.
• Experience implementing customer loyalty and rewards platforms.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce integrations, including CRM, ERP, payment gateways, OMS and third-party platforms.
• Experience with customer data, identity and Single Customer View integrations.
• Experience delivering omnichannel customer journeys across web, mobile and in-store.
• Strong understanding of customer adoption and engagement.
• Proven ability to manage complex delivery roadmaps, technical dependencies and competing priorities.
• Strong vendor, stakeholder and executive management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify integrations with core business systems and third-party platforms.
• Drive customer experience improvements across web, mobile and loyalty channels.
• Coordinate vendors, partners and internal technology teams.
• Manage testing, data migration and deployment activities.
• Manage risks, dependencies and programme governance.
• Provide executive stakeholders with regular updates on progress and outcomes.
