An exciting opportunity has arisen within our NHS 111 Division for an experienced, highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Directors and Heads of Service of DHU 111.
As NHS 111 Personal Assistant, you will be at the heart of the division, helping senior leaders stay organised, prepared and connected. You will support diary management, meeting coordination, communication, documentation and general PA duties, helping the division run smoothly and effectively.
About the role
You will provide confidential and professional PA support to the Directors and Heads of Service, ensuring they are well prepared for meetings, appointments and key commitments.
You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up actions, arrange travel and support internal and external communications. You will also help maintain office systems, manage correspondence, organise visitors and support wider divisional activity when required.
This role will require someone who can work with discretion, confidence and attention to detail, while building strong relationships with colleagues across DHU.
