Synergy Personnel Services is partnering with a highly regarded, fast-growing national legal services provider to appoint a Senior Associate or Partner-level Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding team in  Weybridge.

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced conveyancing lawyer seeking a strategic role within a nationally recognised residential property practice, advising a broad client base including individuals, investors, developers, and housing providers.

The Opportunity

You will join a high-performing residential property team operating across multiple UK locations, delivering a premium, client-focused conveyancing service. The wider team supports a diverse range of work including standard residential transactions, new build purchases, plot sales, and social housing matters.

The practice is known for its strong relationships with estate agents, developers, and institutional clients, offering consistent, high-quality work and the opportunity to take a leading role in client development.

At Partner level, this role provides a genuine platform to shape and grow the offering locally, with support from an established national infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading on a broad range of residential property matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build and off-plan transactions
  • Plot sales and developer work
  • Shared ownership and social housing transactions
• Managing high-value and complex conveyancing files from instruction to completion
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering clear and commercially focused guidance
• Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents, developers, and introducers
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Driving business development and contributing to the growth of the  Weybridge office

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) in England & Wales
• Significant experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical expertise across a range of property transactions
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and to a high standard
• For Partner level: demonstrable business development capability and a following or clear growth strategy
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
