Trainee Fabricator and labourers - Sandy
Are you looking for your next opportunity and interested in learning a skilled trade?
I recruiting on behalf of our client in Sandy for a Trainee Fabricator and a Labourer to join their growing team. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
No previous fabrication experience is required - full training will be provided. If you're practical, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Learning all aspects of manufacturing windows and doors
- Using a variety of hand tools and equipment
- Working as part of a busy production team
- Following quality and safety procedures
What we're looking for:
- Confidence using hand tools or a willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including some lifting
- Reliability and flexibility to work overtime when required
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Weekend work available during busy periods
- Overtime opportunities available
Pay:
- £12.71 per hour
Location:
Due to the location of the role, having your own transport would be advantageous.
