About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient order processing and fulfilment.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through ERP systems.
- Generate quotations, sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and other customer documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems.
- Track inventory movements, stock adjustments, and replenishment requirements.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Produce stock reports and forecasts to support planning and procurement activities.
- Monitor product shelf life and minimise risks associated with aged or obsolete stock.
- Support ERP system improvements, testing, and implementation projects.
- Prepare export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and customs paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trading standards.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, hauliers, and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, complaints, and order-related issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support with reporting and process improvements
- Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Customer Service, Logistics, Export, or Supply Chain role.
- Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management processes.
- Experience using ERP systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
