Being part of Sportradar‘s Production Engineering Unit, your contribution will ensure the continuation of this trajectory. As Product Manager for Statistical Calculations, you will be responsible for contributing to the shared vision, roadmap, delivery and maintenance of our current and future content technology stack, including interface development, integration and delivery services for our internal customers and consumers. You will be responsible for structuring the backlog of features to be implemented (what) and planning their delivery (when). To be successful, you should thrive on solving complex problems, enjoy working with interfaces and sports data, and be comfortable collaborating and communicating across external teams, internal stakeholders and customers. THE CHALLENGE: Act as main point of contact for parts of our internal services and interface related inquires around existing operations, new features and necessary integrations You drive product decisions based on close collaborations with Product Managers of our internal products, and you are responsible for planning, execution, end-to-end delivery and a high-quality outcome. Coordinate initiaitives across cross-functional teams in product, design, and operations. Actively maintain the engineering roadmap of your owned components together with the technical leadership of the team Improve our technical workflows and operations in close collaboration with the Domain Architect and our operations unit YOUR PROFILE: Must-Have: 3-5 years of experience in Product Manager work and related methodologies, like Agile or other project management methods Bachelor and/or Master degree in Sports Science, IT, Data science, or relevant experience in Product management. Interest in Processes and Data delivery work Interest in Sports and understanding of sport rules. AI driven mindset and potentially already first Interactions with tools like Cursor, Claude, etc. Quality delivery: strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask in delivering work to high quality (or something similar) Excellent communication skills - you are able to get different stakeholders (Product Management, Development Teams, Architects, DevOps ...) on the same page and align people and strategy Be an energetic self-starter with the ability to take ownership, manage risk and be accountable for deliverables You are a team player with passion for leading through coaching and mentoring Process analysis, optimization and creation is important for you Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines Excellent written and spoken English skills are required Nice-to-Have: Technical or Engineering Background Sports Analysis Background Network knowledge Interest for Sports and data gathering.
