HR and Operations Manager - High-Growth Investment Company, Central London

With around 50 employees and exciting expansion plans, they’re looking to appoint a dedicated Operations and HR Manager. This is a fantastic position offering the opportunity to build the role from the ground up, shape internal processes and become the operational heartbeat of a growing business.

Reporting into the COO, you’ll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the 5 offices while taking ownership of the entire HR function across multiple UK sites, managing the junior administrator, and guiding the COO and Founder on HR policies and procedures, helping with strategy, people administration and supporting the employee experience. You’ll quickly become the go-to person across the business, ensuring operations run efficiently and colleagues feel supported as the company continues to grow.
