• Financial Foundation: Base salary of £25,642.50 to £26,032.50.

• Enhanced Earnings: £67.50 per sleep-in (average 10 per month), adding over £8,000 to your annual income.

• Compliance: Must pass an enhanced PVG check and provide a two-year reference history.
