We are currently partnering with a prominent, specialist provider of children's services in Cupar that supports young people navigating complex social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Our client is a leading organisation dedicated to creating safe, nurturing environments where young people can overcome early trauma and thrive.

• Uphold professional boundaries and ensure the service consistently meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.

• Manage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to foster a safe, therapeutic environment.

• Maintain a flexible approach to leadership, supporting the service across various shifts and holiday periods as required.

What We Need From You

• Experience: A proven track record in a senior or supervisory role within a residential childcare setting.

• Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) is essential, with a willingness to work toward Level 4 or management qualifications.

• Registration: Must be registered with the SSSC (or eligible for registration) and the PVG scheme.

• Mobility: A full UK driving licence is highly preferred to support the needs of the service and the young people.

• Leadership Style: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive "can-do" attitude and the ability to inspire a team.
