An exciting Long Term opportunity is available for an HLTA within a lovely primary school in North Tyneside. This role is perfect for educators looking to make a real impact in a supportive school environment. This will be covering a range of age groups, including EYFS - KS2. It would be PPA cover and there would not be a requirement for planning time or planning expectations. We would need someone who can commit to the full length of time that the member of staff is off on maternity for!

Build positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development within the Primary setting.
Maintain effective classroom management and a productive learning atmosphere.
Follow all safeguarding and reporting protocols required by the school.
Relevant qualifications HLTA or QTS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to the Primary sector.
Reliability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
Ability to work effectively within a school community in North Tyneside.
